Are you tired of making scarves? Come and join our classes and pick a project
of your
choice. The instructor will help you with any challenges.
Classes are for all levels and include beginning and experienced knitters.
Learn about:
-basic stitches
-reading patterns
-understanding gauge
-color changing
-terms and abbreviations
-American and Continental knitting methods
-how to adjust a pattern and have it fit
and get help with finishing old projects and finishing in general.

Students completing a 6 weeks session will receive a 20% off
coupon good for regularly priced yarn.
Workshops
These sessions are designed to provide a creative and enjoyable atmosphere
for your
knitting. You will walk away with all the knowledge to complete the project on
your own.
Workshops vary in cost and number of sessions. They typically have shorter in
duration
than a Project Class. Please come into or call the shop at 804-282-2909 for
details on
materials required prior to the begin date of the workshop.

and times and to reserve your spot. We usually have a limit of 8 knitters per

Fees
Adults $80.00 for 6 weeks (2 hours per class).
Children $50.00 for 4 weeks (1 1/2 hours per class).
Full payment is due at the time of registration.
Cancellations
Refunds -- In order to receive a full refund, withdrawal from the class must be at
least 5
working days prior to the start of the 1st class in the session.
Weather -- Cancellation of class due to inclement weather will be made by the
individual
instructor. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled at
the end of
each session.

Must be purchased at The Knitting Basket prior to the first class session.
